I’m Amy Leneker, an optimistic, joy-seeking, recovering work-a-holic. I founded The Leneker Team with a single mission - to create happier, healthier workplaces.

We believe that everyone is a leader. Leading has nothing to do with job titles or corner offices – it’s about how you show up at work (and in your life!) each and every day. 

That’s why leadership development isn’t just something we do - it’s all we do. It is our single focus because when done well, it has a ripple effect on individuals, teams, and entire organizations and communities.
